A product key can be returned to receive a refund in the following two cases:

- If there's an issue with the product code itself (it is either invalid or previously used).
Returning a Viewed Key
If you have viewed the product key and changed your mind, we cannot process a refund in this scenario. Vgswap operates as a digital key marketplace, and our sellers are not direct publishers of the keys. As a result, they lack the technical means to revoke or deactivate a viewed key.
Issues with Product Code
If you encounter issues with the product key, such as it being invalid, previously used, or not matching the description, please contact the seller immediately through the support center. If the seller verifies the issue, we will initiate the refund process.
